Description

A birthday gift for one of my friends who really likes tigers :la: Tinted charcoal again, I'm starting to like the subtle colours but it's still very hard for me to figure out how to layer properly... Took about 5-6 hours I think.

Now the first thing my eyes were drawn towards are the eyes. They are simply incredible. Their look really is friendly and also full of life <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/c/c…" width="20" height="20" alt=":clap:" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="60" title="Clap"/> I feel as if he's really looking at me...

The whole picture in itself looks great, very realistic and detailed. The nicely placed white highlights do give him a "furry" look. I probably would have preferred the colours to be more vivid because this looks like a portrait a nighttime but then again his eyes wouldn't pop out like they do.
I don't know much about crayons but I think that you've done a great job with them. I'm also amazed by the fact that this great piece of art only took you about 5-6 hours.
All in all it's a beautiful picture, very well executed and I'm sure you friend likea it a lot <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/w/w…" width="15" height="15" alt=";)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="387" title=";) (Wink)"/>
